[MCPE-154283] extreme lag in servers and worlds

before 1.18.30 was installed, i had no lag and no problem looking around or jumping quickly. now i cant really jump or look in servers and worlds

i tried:

deleting texture packs and behaviour packs i dont need

deleting worlds

restarting Minecraft

looking around a lot to try and clear lag

turning off fancy graphics, beautiful skies, etc..
