[MCPE-154301] I can't get foundation pack and dragon pack at the marketplace

I found a foundation pack and a dragon pack at the marketplace where buy coins. I bought them but I couldn't get them.

Does MCPE-153599 describe your issue?
If not, the please describe what you mean that you "can't get them". What messages appear, what happens after they download, etc?
