When playing Minecraft, rain will not update during a long period of time, and commands do not change the rain state. This only appears to happen when rain starts automatically.
Steps To Reproduce:
Create a world
Wait for it to rain automatically
Attempt to change weather to clear
Observed Results:
Rain does not update and it stays raining
Expected Results:
Rain should change its state
When doing the /weather query command it states that the weather is clear during this bug.
