Nintendo switch 1.18.30 freezes constantly

Lately my minecraft worlds are constantly freezing, the screen freezes and I can't do anything until after a while, that has caused me many deaths since sometimes I am in the middle of a flight in elytras or fighting with hostile mobs, even one of my worlds were useless, every time I entered it it took me out of the game and it gave me an error, I had a lot of progress in that world, I hope they can correct this, it's really frustrating and they take away the desire to play one 😞
