The new Create world menu won't work

In the minecraft menu I dont see the new menu when making a new world while in the patch notes it says it was added to minecraft, here is the steps to reproduce:
1. Start minecraft
2. Click on 'play'
3. Click on 'Create new'
Observed Results:
Old 'Create World' Menu
Expected results:
New 'Create World' Menu
The changelog says that the feature is being "rolled out gradually across platforms", I did not have the option to enable the new menu either, and please let us know if the feature does not show up in a week or two. I assume it will just be implemented someday.

We're tracking this issue in MCPE-156694, so this ticket is being resolved and linked as a duplicate.
