Summary: After multiple resets on multiple switches, it seems that they are unable to access the marketplace and the content related to it. This of course means that you can't access any maps you've bought/downloaded, along with any character creator features can no longer be accessed.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Minecraft for Nintendo Switch
2. Tap the Marketplace icon to find that it doesn't respond, or see an error message.
3. Head to the Dressing Room to find that all of the side bar has disappeared, and the edit character/change skin button can't be interacted with.
Expected Result:
Selecting the Marketplace leads you to the Marketplace
Observed Result:
Nothing happens
In the attached video, I made sure to include the starting up of the game to show that I had not suspended the software.

Sorry for the cursed audio; OBS is not a fan of my setup and haven't figured out how to fix it yet lol
