After an update to Minecraft 1.18.30 for Nintendo Switch there is a very long 5-10 second lag on every autosave. This extremely annoying and makes playing survival borderline unplayable because after the lag is resolved the game is fast forwarded and mobs can kill you during the lag.
The lag happens in all worlds in single and multiplayer when using worlds saved on the device and not on Realms.
Please fix this bug ASAP!
