[MCPE-154682] Character creator doesn't allow you to create or alter your characters. The Create/edit character buttons are gray and don't work.

When I am in the character creator, I am trying to edit my skin. The button is gray and doesn't work. So I delete the skin, hoping I can just make a new one from scratch, but then the create skin button is gray too.
