Sculk sensors "steal" the vibrations of projectiles and players from the warden

If both a sculk sensor and the warden are within range of an object producing vibrations,, the vibrations move toward the sculk sensor, even if the warden is closer. this can occur when vibrations come from anything, including projectile impact points, opening/closing chests, consuming items, walking, using ladders, running, dropping items, and placing/breaking blocks(besides wool). I don't think gamemode or difficulty have any affect, but I would check to make sure. Also, the sculk sensors do not alert the warden to the vibration's source. This bug gets super annoying when I need to distract the warden and there's a sculk sensor that "steals" the vibrations.
