While me & my friend were boating, my friend was experiencing some very strange behaviour, that can be seen in the clip below. I was unable to recreate the issue myself, but she was a passenger in the boat, and getting out and getting back in the boat did not fix the issue. Although I did run into a similar issue while elytraing one time, where instead of flying smoothly I jumped forward multiple blocks at a time. Both issues were observed while in a bedrock dedicated server running v1.18.30.04, however I do not know if this is a dedicated server issue, so I have labeled it as just a bedrock edition bug.
