I cannot use my purchases an off-line mode it will not let me use them it asked me to re-buy them even though I already owe them the only way I’m able to use them is if I connect to Wi-Fi

Is this still an issue in the latest version? If yes, can you please add it to the affected versions (or mention it if you are not the reporter)? Also, have you tried contacting Mojang Support about a potential refund?
