I tried to download few new maps but they just not downloading. I accually tried everything- restarting, reinstalling and all other stuff, they jus not download

Having same problem but the computer works fine, but on xbox if you log into the same profile as on the computer my stuff says its still downloading. Also I can't play on my friends world if I'm on xbox and they're on computer, but I can join their xbox world if I'm on computer. I've tried a few things and nothing is working! Please fix it.😞
