[MCPE-154862] a bug with my download

i wanted to download some textures packs but they don't want to download... i leaved my game open for 8 hours with the hope that my download will ends but they haven't move. they don't want to download. what could i do ? i spent money for one of them but it doesn't download and i can't use it...
