Another issue probably caused by Renderdragon. They should be fixed as soon as possible as they are serious problems.
Every time you open chat or your inventory it flickers.

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete. Do you have any resource packs in use, and if so, does the issue occur if those are deactivated?
If the issue only occurs with certain resource packs, exactly which ones (name and creator)?
It would also help if you can attach a video showing the issue.
