You can now put any blocks that require support on sculk sensor

In latest beta and preview version, it became possible to put any blocks that require support on any side of sculk sensor.

Playback Steps:

1. Place sculk sensor and try to place a torch on top of it.

Expected result: torch cannot be placed on top of sculk sensor.

Visible result: torch can be placed on top of sculk sensor
