Some blocks should not be placed on the sculk sensor

This bug report is a parity issue with Java.

Summary:
In the Java version, the following blocks cannot be installed on the sculk sensor, but in the bedrock you can. 

Affected blocks: (I seem to have added everything, but if I missed something - write in the comments)

  • Snow layer

  • Torch (all kinds of torches) 2

  • Lanterns

  • Buttons 2

  • Lever arm 2

  • Pressure plates

  • Vine 1

  • Stairs 1

  • Twisty Vines (from Nether)

  • Coral 2

  • Pointed Dripstone (only from the top side)

  • Scaffold

  • Bell 2

  • Rails

  • Fire

  • Sculk sensor 1

  • Repeater

  • Comparator

  • Redstone dust

  • Doors

  • Big dripleaf

1 - placed only on the side.

2 - can also be installed laterally.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Put the sculk sensor.

  2. Take the above blocks.

  3. Install the above units on the sculk sensor.

Observed Results:
The blocks will be installed.

Expected Results:
Blocks will not be installed on the sculk sensor.
