[MCPE-155154] This is still an ongoing issue the item on the off hand are misplaced

This has been an issue/bug for over a year already. The items are misplaced and look weird on play 2 screen. The trident phases Thru the player 5 times without a full inventory. And sheilds
Blocks half 2/3 of the screen.
