We just purchased Ben 10 pack from the Marketplace. When starting a game you appear in a lab. After some talking you are asked to leave the lab. You teleport to the house. After some more talking you are told to go to the Pier.
There is some talking from Zombozo and your quest is to defeat him. The issue is that he doesnt appear at all. So you cant defeat him.
We have tried not using any powers till we get to him, we have tried also using the powers before hand to transform but nothing helps.
The DLC is broken.

I just bought this DLC on Xbox Series X and no characters appear at the start of story mode in the LAB.
I installed Minecraft from the Windows 10 App and downloaded this DLC again, same issue occurs so it's across most/all platforms. This seems like something that would be really easy to replicate and as the DLC is totally unplayable so why is it still for sale?

no idea if its resolved. i refunded my purchase week after posting this as clearly this doesnt seem to be a priority to resolve.
I also refunded the mod, working with Microsoft support they gave no other options. Unless a specific fix has been implemented to resolve this issue I am shocked the default answer is to assume it is fixed. I see no reason why the support team can't verify this issue is still happening instead of asking customers to buy a broken product a second time, or to keep a broken product with the hope it one day may work.
Just bought the dlc and only thing that’s working is skins loaded into world chat just saying the chapters and quest not saying what it should no characters or logo loading so broken so annoyed
We downloaded this game a few nights ago and are having the exact same problem. It's unplayable.
