[MCPE-155184] minecraft marketplace isnt working properly

I bought the plastic texture pack on the Minecraft marketplace last night and I couldn't seem to get it to work so i went to bed thinking ill try again in the morning so I clicked download and the progress bar popped up but it was not going up. please fix this
