Sculk Sensor produces wrong vibration type for boats

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Place a Sculk Sensor on the ground;

  2. Use a comparator to get the correct vibration type;

  3. Place a line of redstone dust to observe the signal strength;

  4. Create a small pool nearby;

  5. Place a boat in it;

  6. Move around.

Observed Results:
The boat rowing vibration produces a level 3 "Swim" signal.

Expected Results:
The vibration produces a level 6 "Splash" signal.
