[MCPE-15549] Cannot Drop Items

When I hold my finger on a hotbar slot in survival, I cannot drop an item.

What I Expected To Happen:
The item would drop when I held my finger on it in my hotbar.

What Actually Happened:
Nothing ... Nothing happened at all.
