I have noticed that the dyes having the name as one of the objects that it can be crafted from is also happening to other players in different platforms from what I play ( just like MCPE-153522), but there is another problem relating to this in a way. I mainly play on the Nintendo Switch so I'm not sure if more people are also experiencing this other bonus problem and that is that I cannot make black dye out of ink sacs. It only says that I can craft it with a withering rose. Currently I do not want to go trough all the process with the wither so I will be waiting for a wandering trader to trade some black dyes for emeralds. I do not not know how recreate it this.
