My son is having problems with his achievements on Minecraft. No matter what setting he is on ,peaceful or any difficulty level. He does not get his achievements.

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete.
