Broken/Unworking Audio

I can't fix my Minecraft audio. It's actually impossible and no one is helping, however, this bug affects the sound so that it no longer works through headphones properly. There's sound but it comes through as really broken audio as a loud white noise/static effect and it's been affecting every single update so far. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, refreshing the game, updating my laptop and audio drivers, and nothing will work, nothing. As far as I can see, no one knows how to fix this, however, this should remain unresolved until someone here finds an actual solution to the problem. I'm currently using a Razer headset, and I'm wondering if there's a possibility that the Razer synapse/cortex app is affecting this, and if it is, please let me know. This way the problem can be reported to the Razer team. I NEED HELP ON THIS PLEASE. Minecraft without properly working audio is a game-breaking experience. Another detail is that Minecraft audio doesn't come through my regular speakers, so nothing works in that regard too. Everything on my laptop works, including Minecraft Java Edition, it seems that this is only related to the Minecraft Windows version.
