[MCPE-155763] Z-fighting can be seen between powder snow block and leave block

Z-fighting can be seen between powder snow block and leave block.

Steps to reproduce:

1.place a powder snow block and place a leave block on the top of the powder snow.

2.look at the textures between these two blocks.

Expected results:

Z-fighting cannot be seen between powder snow block and leave block.

Observed results:

Z-fighting can be seen between powder snow block and leave block.
