All wool and others black

I played Minecraft on 6/16/16 and was right after the beta update. I started playing and discovered the following:
-All wool blocks and carpet are black when in survival or creative inventory and when set down and in hand.
-All dandelions, cobwebs, sticks, string, wheat, tipped arrows, plain and fermented spider eyes, Spruce and oak doors, ocelot, bat, rabbit, horse, donkey, mule, s. horse, z. horse, w. skeleton, stray, husk, cave spider, witch, m. cube, ghast, and blaze spawn eggs, appear black as the wool does, except you can see the items in hand,

• All swords apply like above, but you can see the enchant beams in inventory.
  -grass, h. clay, gravel, g. ore, g. block, glass, glow stone, g. pane, end portal frame, and wheat blocks are not black anywhere, but always appear with fragments of pieces missing and fragments of what appears seeds and tipped arrows indented on sides.

Please help correct these as soon as possible. I have no pe modifications, and I have never attempted so.
