Game doesn't allow me to change my skin or access the marketplace.

I recently migrated my account over to the Microsoft account, but after I did, the Windows 10 version hasn't worked right since. 

Every time I try to play, I can't access the marketplace at all, and I can't change my skin. The character in the main menu is replaced by the loading symbol, and when you click into it, everything is blank.

I've done everything that I could think of to maybe fix it. I've uninstalled the launcher, uninstalled the game, restarted my pc, updated drivers, updated java, and yet nothing works. 

It worked once before, but after I turned off my pc, it broke again and now when I do the same process, nothing works.
