When attempting to download packs from Marketplace they are stuck at zero MB downloaded. Upon leaving that screen, map catalog will show "download" forever with no access to pack.
Things I've tried to resolve this:
Kill and restart Minecraft
Uninstall > Reboot device > reinstall Minecraft from App store
Sign out of profile and sign back in
Settings > Storage > World Templates > Delete all packs
Tested profile on 3 iOS devices with similar results
Ipad Pro 11" on iOS 15.4
Ipad Air 3 on iOS 15.4
Iphone 13 Pro Max on iOS 15.4
Thought it may be isolated to a specific map pack, so I purchased another, but same issue occurs.
Additional testing on Windows 10 PC with same result.
Tried different account and appears to download properly. This may be isolated to specific account. Contacted Microsoft and they said I need to get in touch with Mojang as this appears to the a developer issue.
