Just purchased Minecraft PS4 version on my PS5. I cannot sign in with my Microsoft account and continually receive the error message "oops! Looks like the microsoft account you are trying to use is already connected to another account for playstation network.
I have not linked my account before and would like to sign in to benefit from full game features that I have paid for. There are no fixes for this issue from the multiple forum threads I have read and need some support please.

We cannot address any account-related issues via the bug tracker. You would need to contact Minecraft Support for that.
