While I was testing the new changes to spectator I noticed my cape was on even though this doesn't happen in java

Now you can report it the change log says they’ll accept them now (scroll down until you get to the spectator mode changes). So you can probably reopen this now.1.19 change log here
As mentioned in the changelog, we are not accepting any bug reports related to spectator mode at this time.
