That's intentional so the warden cannot grief your base by killing you over and over again, your pets or beloved animals or the villagers that you have

This is not a bug. It is an intended feature and pls. read the changelog before reporting a bug
That's not a bug. Read the changelog allays are meant to be immortal because players don't want to accidentally hit the allay and kill it
