Lightning rod UV in the inventory and when thrown in the ground is broken

Lightning rod’s UV in the creative inventory, hotbar and when thrown on the ground is broken.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Get a lightning rod

2. Search lightning rod in the creative inventory, put it on your hotbar, and or throw it

Observed Results:

As you can see in the screenshots the sides are a blank texture, and in the third image you can see I am not using any texture packs.

Expected Results:

The lightning rod should have a side texture and isnt a flat blank color.
