Copper golems that are spawned in fully oxidized in survival and then freeze into copper golem statues and when mined by in survival does not stack despite having the same block state/pose.
Steps to Reproduce:
Get an oxidized copper block and carved pumpkin and go to survival
Spawn in a copper golem and wait for it to freeze into a copper golem statue
Mine in survival with a pickaxe
Observed Results:
As you can see in the video, the copper golem statues do not stack even when placed and turn into the same block state and pose unlike in creative mode.
Expected Results:
Copper golem statues with the exact same block state/pose should stack just like in creative mode.

After consideration, the issue is being closed as Won't Fix.
Please note that this is not the same as Working as Intended, as this bug report correctly describes behavior in the game that might not be the intended or desirable behavior, but it will not be fixed right now. Sometimes, this is because the issue reported is minor and/or impossible to change without large architectural changes to the code base.

Can confirm, likely because the copper golemβs unique id can cause the golems to not stack.
