well I was playing quietly and I was destroying the towers and I died the problem is that suddenly the dragon became invisible with his life the only thing you could see was the dragon's breath that he released or when he reached the center
Notes:
Reloading the world returns the dragon to normal.

I managed to reproduce the problem several times when I died during the attack of the Ender dragon with a fireball.
Death should be around the time of the fireball explosion.
