/give @s spawn_egg 1 130 gives an axolotl bucket instead of a spawn egg

As per the title. I expected this to give the axolotl spawn egg, not the bucket.

This isn't a very big problem since one can just use `axolotl_spawn_egg` instead, but it probably should be addressed.
