[MCPE-156688] "Spectator" doesn't show up in the Personal Game Mode tab in the game settings

The "Spectator" text doesn't show up in the Personal Game Mode tab in the game settings, despite you're actually being in Spectator mode.

I noticed it is still behind the "spectator" option on the world. I turn it on and got it to work

This is partially due to Spectator still being experimental on Bedrock and the Game mode name hasn't been showing for Spectator since the 1.19 pre-release betas.
