Thin layer of texture seen beneath the head of slim armed skins

When using slim armed skins there is a thin layer of texture beneath the head. This is not a problem with classic armed skins.

How to Reproduce:

1. Use any slim armed skin.

2. Look beneath the head of the skin.

Observed Result:
A thin layer of texture is seen beneath a slim armed skin.

Expected Result:
There is no thin layer of texture beneath a slim armed skin.
