As title says, those letters that appear when close to an Enchatement Table, don't appear. It happens in any tablet and cellphone (Apparentaly) (Note: My tablet is an LG G-Pad, before everyone come asking)
Steps to reproduce:
Craft an Enchantment Table
Place it down
Get close to it, so the book on it will open
Then see that the Letter Particle don't appear

Is your enchantment table near any book shelves? Book shelves are required for the runes to show as they come from the shealf to the table. The shelf has to be 1 block away in the horizontal direction. This is how you level up your table.
