I have 2 DLC pack purchased in my minecraft account but once i click download, it doesnt download or move at all. I can only click and use the SKIN PACK.
Please refer to the attachment, as you can see i have purchased 2 DLC packed namely:-
1) Nekotron pack
2) Sonic the Hedgehog Pack
Both downloading is stagnant and not moving at all. Internet has no issues as well.
Please help to look into it. Thank you so much for your help.
