Mobile: Attempting to hold down the right button results in blocks getting destroyed

So, I hopped on Minecraft after I updated it to the wild update. I made a flat World to build random stuff. I was playing Minecraft until I found out that the right button didn't work. When I kept my finger on the right button, it only broke some blocks. I spam-pressed the right button and it only moved me a little bit to the right each time. I then tried to hold the right button while flying and it worked, but on ground, it doesn’t work. I restarted my device, didn't work. So, I restarted it a second time. Guess what? Jeopardy time! "Did it work, or not?" For 500 points. The correct answer is no; I think that most of you guessed "No." too. Please fix this Minecraft. -SamurottRex2

P.S: I haven’t tested if the right button works or not when in liquids, or when the game mode is everything but creative mode.
