This New Release Of 1.19.0 Still The Same From The 1.19.10.21 I cannot Available Open The Editor Character Because No Online To Allowed To Click It, Your Need To Be Signed In On Xbox Account To Access This Edit Character, So You Can Change It Any Time While Your Online Using Your Xbox Account But I Like The Old Minecraft 1.18 That I Can Now Allowed To Open The Edit Character Even I'm Available To Open Even I'm Offline
