Minecraft PE Move Button

Hello, I've been playing on MCPE ever since I was very young but recently I've encountered what I think may be a bug in the most recent update. On MCPE there are up, down, left and right buttons to move around the game. When you hold down the right button it acts as if it's not there and starts breaking the block in front of it. If you tap the button it punches whatever is in front of it. This happens in every mode and server/realm. At first I thought it was my tablet. I tried cleaning it, restarting it, nothing worked. Then I tested something, after turning the bullon size down to about 40-50, the glitch stopped, however, personally having my button size so small is not in any way helping me enjoy the game. My screen is very large so a 40-50 button size appears very small and it's very difficult to enjoy playing like that. I've attempted to attach a video showing the issue, not sure it will actually go thru but I thought it would help. I didnt find other reports on it personally but I'm sure other users may also be having this problem and it really needs a fix. Thank you for considering this report, hope it can be resolved.
