[MCPE-157379] Pressing right on D-pad makes touchscreen cursor appear instead

When trying to press right on the D-pad, the touchscreen cursor will instead appear under the D-pad and the player will not move. See attached video.

Steps to recreate:

Expected result: player moves right.

Actual result: touchscreen cursor appears over D-pad, player does not move.
