A phenomenon has been observed since the RTX update where the FPS drops when looking at a player's hands or framed high quality items on a PC with an Nvidia RTX graphics board.

Nvidia RTX グラフィックボードを搭載したPCでプレイヤーの手や額縁に入った高画質アイテムを見るとFPSが低下するという現象がRTXアップデートの時から確認されています。
