Owner of realm stuck in loading screen

I've had this 2 player realm on bedrock for about 2 weeks and played every day with no problems (I am the owner). I tried to load in yesterday and got stuck in the connecting to realm loading screen. My name shows up in game, and so does my character, but it's sort of ghost-like and can't be interacted with. I've tried every possible solution I can think of and nothing works. I've tried reverting the realm to a backup before the problem started. I tried having my friend kill my ghost character with potions and push it with pistons. I tried being teleported around. I even tried just creating a new world on the realm and I still couldn't get past the loading screen. I've never seen a problem like this before and I have no clue how to fix it.
