[MCPE-157564] /tellraw now behaves as /msg

The command /tellraw now behaves like the /msg command.

How to recreate:

Create a new world with or without experiments.
Execute this command in game or within a script: "/tellraw @s {"rawtext":[ {"text":"Hello World"}]}"
