@unknown do you have any non-vanilla texture packs installed or any other mods that affect texture packs? 0.15.0 changed how texture packs are identified, so this could be a source of your problem.

Since this is Windows 10 beta I do not have any non vanilla texture packs or mods installed. This is completely vanilla.
