If I'm on the hive or Mine Ville and people are talking I can't see it, but if my friends put something in chat I can see it, I'm not sure what the problem is because for my friends, chat is working just fine

I've checked my privacy settings and they're all on the friends only setting, I'm not sure if that's what is affecting it.
If you have it set to "friends only" then you should only see chats from your "friends".
If you want to see chats from everyone, does it work if you change your setting to allow that?
Is it still an issue for you? Did trying to set other settings to "everyone" help you with the issue?
