@Bartłomiej Słodkowski I've tested your theory and you're somewhat right. However, it's only some certain packs that cause issues and others do not for some reason. The packs that cause the issues probably have something in their files that causes this. And yes, this issue is guaranteed to not occur when all packs are off from what I can see so far.

I think all offhand items do this now that I think of it.

just switch back and forth between the pictures

i'll probably change it so that the skins are the same later

Yes, that’s probably why both the bug reports are related.

Sure. Both attachments were taken in completely vanilla Minecraft on different devices. By the way I left the screenshots in the attachments tab.

The same happens on iOS, although it doesn’t happen every single time.

However like the mod asked, both of the villagers that did not sell tipped arrows sold enchanted crossbows instead. So maybe this isn’t a bug.

Tried this and I can confirm. I spawned in 3 fletcher villagers and maxed them all. Two out of the three fletchers did not sell tipped arrows.

This is intentional, it was a feature in legacy console editions and when it was discontinued it was requested to be added into bedrock which it did.

This is something that is common with pirated minecraft versions (or apks). APKs or pirated versions do this to promote servers, so this doesn’t count as a bug.

The same thing is happening on iOS and iPadOS, although I’m not sure about other platforms.

These news are greater than the invention of gravity.

A year later and it's still an issue.

Try to set other settings to "everyone".

I don’t think it does since it only recently started happening, meanwhile MCPE-152487 has been a bug for years now. But I can see it somewhat being related.

Oh alright, I always thought my fishing rod looked funny because of that bug.

This is probably because of MCPE-126660

This is backed up by the fact that you are shown wearing the founders cape on one of the attachments.
