The cape won't load, and when you press the character creator while it is loading, it goes to the character creator, and when you press the cape menu, it won't load nor use the cape after pressing the cape you wanted.
Actual issue was the cape not loading, even if you didn't press the character creator.

Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete.
